In the last days, it is our greatest hope to receive the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. To help all the people who yearn for God’s appearance to welcome the return of the Lord Jesus Christ soon, our blog will update the latest message on the return of the Lord.
The sun was shining, white clouds were swimming in the blue sky, and the bright sunlight was filtering through the thick leaves. Under the grapevine trellis in a farmyard, Li Xundao and Li Meien, a father and daughter, were merrily talking, sitting at a stone table. The heartily laughter they gave now and then made the birds cheerfully chirp.
Various disasters have recently occurred, Amidst the frequent occurrence of these disasters, the first thing many people think of is to pray to God and ask God to protect us from these disasters. Then in disaster, besides praying to God and asking for God’s protection, what else should we do?
Hello! In yoHello! In your letter you asked: “The Lord Jesus has completed the work of redemption, and as long as we pray to the Lord to confess our sins, our sins will be forgiven. But why do I still sin and fail to break away from the bondage of sin?”
At present, disasters such as earthquakes, famines, and plagues occur more and more frequently all over the world, and the prophecies of the Lord’s return have been pretty much fulfilled. Many people sense that the Lord has likely returned already. But why have we not yet seen the Lord coming on a cloud to appear to us? The fact is that there are mysteries behind the Lord’s return. Let’s first look at several prophecies. “Behold, I come as a thief” (Revelation 16:15). “Be you therefore ready also: for the Son of man comes at an hour when you think not” (Luke 12:40). “For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation” (Luke 17:24–25). Here it is prophesied that the Lord will come “as a thief” and “at an hour when we think not”, which means He will come quietly and secretly. The “Son of man” refers to One who is born of man and a flesh possessed of normal humanity, just like the Lord Jesus who was called the Son of man and Christ. Therefore, the “Son of man” in these prophecies means that in the last days the Lord will become flesh and come before people are aware of it.
Description: The Bible records, “The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding” (Proverbs 9:10). Only by being a God-fearing person can we attain God’s enlightenment and guidance and be accepted by Him. So then, how can we become a person that fears God?
Long ago, I saw many pastors say online, “We are in the last days, and many biblical prophecies have been fulfilled, such as the blood moons, earthquakes, tsunamis, plagues, famines, and the restoration of Israel—the Lord is coming very soon. Only by being like the wise virgins and preparing oil can we welcome the Lord’s return. This requires us to fast and pray more, frequently attend Holy Communion, read the Bible more, diligently do the Lord’s work, and wait watchfully.” Then I started practicing according to what the pastors said. But after a few years of this, no matter how I read the Bible, prayed, and attended meetings, there was no steadiness in my heart; and I kept wondering, “Can carrying on like this really make me a wise virgin and welcome the Lord’s return?”
Hallelujah! Almighty God! We thank You and praise You! Hallelujah! Almighty God! We forever worship You! Christ has appeared in the last days, His words judge, cleanse and change us, leading us on the right path, I live a new life of loving God. It’s wonderful to understand the truth, corrupt no more, I am set free. My wrong conceptions all are gone, and rebellion is no longer in me. No longer to wander, no longer to suffer. My spirit has been set free, and I sing in praise of God. I sing in praise of God. God’s love is true and precious, leading us on life’s bright path. I’ve tasted a love so sweet, I will love God forever. Brothers, sisters join together, side by side, together as one. With one heart and one mind, we serve Him and sing His praises. Who could not voice his heart? Who could not voice his love? You dance and give praise to God, I clap my hands beside you. I clap my hands beside you. Our songs are full of love for God, by Almighty God we are renewed. Our corrupt old life is gone, it’s a joy to live before God! Practicing truth sets us free; fulfill our duties and bring God glory. His people enjoy new life, we love God and live in the light. We’ve broken the bonds of the world, we’ve broken the bonds of family, we’ve broken the bonds of the flesh. How sweet it is to love each other! How sweet it is to love each other!
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.
There are at least over 200 verses mentioning that God will come to do judgment work in the last days, such as: “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God” (1 Peter 4:17). “And He shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people” (Isaiah 2:4). “Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come” (Revelation 14:7). Then, how will the Lord do judgment work at His return?
Editor’s Note: Wuhan coronavirus, East Africa’s plague of locusts, Australian bushfires, and some other disasters strike almost at the same time—disasters are getting worse and worse, and the prophecies regarding the Lord’s return have already been fulfilled. But why haven’t we been raptured? What can we do to be raptured?
